On the morning of June 4, 2020, the completion ceremony of the company's largest technical renovation project-winding machine gas-electric slip ring improvement project was held at the company.

The technical renovation was designed and implemented by Lin Zhizhao, the maintenance supervisor from Engineering Department. It was completed in May 2020 and the improvement cost was about 3,000 RMB. The project replaces the docking mechanism device by adding a new gas-electric slip ring component. The manufacturing cycle time is shortened by 20 seconds, and the production efficiency is increased by 10.7% comparing with before. At the same time, the equipment structure has been optimized, which can save almost 40,000 RMB of spare parts cost per year.

The completion of this project embodies the wisdom and hard work of JULI staffs. It is the best embodiment of the company's quality policy of "full involvement and continuous improvement" in practice, and it is the perfect interpretation of the company's concept of "innovation"!
