In order to encourage employees to learn and improve their labor skills, the labor union of Fujian Juli Motor Co., Ltd. organized a labor skill contest on May 24, 2018.

The competitions set up in the contest covered the main positions of our production line. After fierce competition, a total of 7 first prizes, 8 second prizes and 5 third prizes were awarded. Details of the first prize winners are as follows:

The labor skill contest is an on-site inspection of the company's professional skills in all positions, an important way for the company to cultivate high-quality skilled personnel and is a concentrated demonstration of the company's spirit of promoting craftsmanship.
